Pet Angel Adoption and Rescue is a 5(o)1(c)3, non-profit cat rescue located in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Pet Angel was founded in 2004 when Nancy Engel, our president, had stray cats give birth in her back yard. The rescue began out of her home and, over the years, has grown into a facility with a free-roam kitten room, 3 spacious apartments, multi-level cages, and an isolation room for the sick and new arrivals.
We have volunteers, We call them Angels, that come in morning and night to clean, scoop, feed and play with out cats. Our Angels also get together and run fundraisers to help pay for the animals care and vet bills. Without volunteers and donations, we would not be able to run.
